Vehicle Shipping Preparation Guide

Everything You Need to Know Before Shipping Your Vehicle

1. Clean Your Vehicle Thoroughly

Wash the exterior and remove excessive dirt, mud, or debris before transport. A clean vehicle makes it easier to document its condition during the pre-shipping inspection.

We also recommend vacuuming the interior and removing trash to keep your vehicle in the best possible condition during transit.

2. Remove Personal Belongings

For safety and insurance reasons, personal items should not be left inside your vehicle.

Please remove:

  • Electronics and valuables
  • Important documents
  • Luggage and boxes
  • Sports equipment
  • Household items
  • Loose accessories

Extra weight may affect transportation regulations and could result in additional charges.

3. Document Your Vehicle's Condition

Before pickup, inspect your vehicle carefully and take clear photos from multiple angles.

Capture:

  • Front, rear, and side views
  • Wheels and tires
  • Existing dents or scratches
  • Interior condition (optional)

These photos serve as a valuable reference throughout the shipping process.

4. Check for Fluid Leaks

Your vehicle should be in good operating condition and free from significant fluid leaks.

Inspect:

  • Engine oil
  • Transmission fluid
  • Brake fluid
  • Coolant levels

If you notice any leaks, inform our team before transport arrangements are finalized.
